Have you looked into hip/ thigh pads? That's the only quick fix for body shape.

Primark

This is the cheap option and possibly the most simple, you could also try a short net underskirt/petticoat to fluff out the hip area. Stick-on silicone pads are available but (a) are expensive, (b) need care and some need medical adhesive (c) hair removal of application areas is advised on a regular basis and the best method is waxing (OUCH!! if not done properly or regularly)

You can find pants with removable pads on ebay, however I would advise that you go for those with foam inserts as the silicone inserts don't last long especially if you plan to sit down whilst wearing them and some look as if they are a wad of jelly in a food bag after a few months.

For breastforms you get what you pay for - although you can get reasonable quality forms on ebay for around £30-£40 (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Silicone-Breast-Form-Mastectomy-TV-Crossdresser-Breastforms-Enhancer-Fake-Boobs/310644668929?_trksid=p2045573.c100034.m2102&_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160824094423%26meid%3D73e50668a60d4e09a1d3b9452e70672e%26pid%3D100034%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26sd%3D310644668929) - other sizes and styles are available but I would recommend tear-drop forms.

Finally - ACCESSORISE (not the store) but a waist cinching belt can transform almost any item and give you a more natural look.

That's a brilliant suggestion!! I have thought of those myself.
I've been cross dressing all my life...it's very much part of me. And I don't give a damn who knows! Haha.
